Our local veterinary animal hospital and emergency centre are open 24 /7 all year-around.

Standard Opening Times

For visitors and owners delivering and collecting their cats to the cattery.

For viewing please telephone us for an appointment.

Viewing appointments will not be arranged outside of our opening times.
Last viewing appointment is 30 minutes before our closing time.

Monday to Saturday

Morning: 9.00am to 12 noon

Afternoon: 3.00pm to 5.00pm

Sunday

Morning: 9.00am to 12.00 noon

Afternoon: Closed

Closed Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Public/Bank Holidays for collection, delivery and viewing.

Cattery closed 24th, 25th and 26th December 2019.
Also closed 1st January 2020.

WHY you have to make an appointment: Viewing is by appointment only for security reasons for the safety of the cattery.

Cattery Collection & Delivery Service Option

Times for our Cat Collection & Delivery Service are by prior arrangement.

Notes:

  1. Our Collection & Delivery Service option is limited to south of the River Thames in London. The area within the Congestion Zone is excluded from our Collection & Delivery Service.
  2. Delivery of cats by our transport will not be arranged until we have had a phone call from the cat(s) owner that they are now at home and able to receive delivery.
